Project Manager

Manages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects may be strategic in nature.

Responsibilities:

• Resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning).
• Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members.
• Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
• May be responsible for cross-functional teams.
• Assist with managing security systems upgrades and new installations.
• Assist with data input.
• Coordinate with network systems.
• Read engineering drawings for security system design purposes.
• Work with IT personnel to troubleshoot and maintain video systems.
• Regularly interacts with management.
• May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS with 7+ years experience.
• Experience with program/product/process implementation in a pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical materials, procedures, or government guidelines.
• Familiarity with access control / video systems and can partner with Information Technology to troubleshoot and maintain.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data in technical drawings.
• Self-motivated and begins work tasks without supervision.
• Ability to write, review, and modify written procedures.
• Working knowledge of common business software and communication applications: Microsoft Apps., SharePoint, BlueBeam.
