Develop or perform QA/QC processes for project risk mitigation. Preliminary engineering design studies (assessment and consideration of site constraints, and potential regulatory issues) Preparation/processing of tentative and final subdivision maps Preparation/processing of public improvement plans for public agencies and/or development plans for commercial and residential developments Preparation and review of attendant hydrologic studies and drainage reports Leadership and Communication Maintaining a positive client interaction from contract negotiation to construction completion. Ensure that coaching, mentoring, and performance-enhancing feedback of assigned team members are provided, particularly related to technical proficiency. Provide a positive design leadership example to project teams and to the studio and office. Listen and communicate effectively and professionally in a wide variety of settings inside and outside the firm (sub-consultants, conferences, networking events, Governmental Agencies) Display willingness to make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions considering design intent; include appropriate people in decision-making process; make timely decisions Interested in hearing more?
