Duties

  • You will coordinate the Future Requirements Director and HQ Financial Management (FM), assist in developing, coordinating and delivering Facilities Acquisition Program Management (FAPM) model requests for information and modernization efforts.
  • You will coordinate requirements input from the Business and Support Lines and Program Offices to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all POM products and deliverables.
  • You will ensure guidelines and policies are being followed in the development and submission of all POM related products and deliverables.
  • You will manage the organization's business plan procedure through the development, execution, and monitoring of the Business Operations Plan and associated specific implementation plans.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
  • You will be required to possess, obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Conducting and facilitating business analysis of key business processes and internal/external business programs for a large organizations' Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development; 2) Developing new metrics and reports in support of the organization's strategic plan; 3) Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support data driven decision-making and long-range planning; 4) Maintaining database records for organizational programs, to be used in the evaluation of effectiveness and efficiency of organization operations; 5) Utilizing automated office suite programs such as Microsoft (Excel, Power Apps, PPT, etc.) PBIS, and ADVANA/Jupiter to develop, coordinate and prepare reports, briefs and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
