We are is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support our Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory operations. This is a
temporary, full-time, hourly position covering a leave of absence while supporting increased demand. While the role is initially temporary, there
may be an opportunity for continued employment based on individual performance and evolving business needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work combined with computer-based tasks. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities: Shipping & Order Fulfillment - Pick, pack, and ship products for customer orders
- Create domestic and international shipping labels and documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, tracking)
- Process shipments in ERP system (Syteline)
- Coordinate shipments through carrier platforms (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Prepare and ship materials to vendors and contractors (including kitting)
- Generate and send invoices and shipping documents to customers
Receiving & Inventory - Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming materials
- Count and verify inventory against packing slips
- Enter receipts into ERP system and label items
- Stock materials in appropriate inventory locations
- Maintain organized inventory locations, bins, and racks
- Perform cycle counts and assist in resolving variances
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Support overall inventory organization and efficiency
Qualifications: Required: o High school diploma or GED
o 3+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
o Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
o Basic computer skills and comfort working in computer systems
Preferred: o Experience with ERP systems (Syteline a plus)
Knowledge of shipping processes, freight forwarding, or U.S. Customs regulations
