This position provides the option to working onsite or remotely.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday

7 am-4 pm PST.

Job Summary:

The Quote Associate provides the interface between the customer and sales team. This entry level position ensures the timely and accurate flow of information, specifically quote and purchase order requests to and from the customer.

What You Will Do:

• Processing customer RFP’s, quote requests from Outlook mailbox and/or fax to Inside Sales.

• Completing data entry on quotes and purchase orders.

• Prepares data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information to establish entry priorities.

• Reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.

• Delivering timely response to customer requests.

• Collecting workflow documents for entering data into production priority lists.

• Scanning documents.

• Enters order data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard.

• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

• Interface with customers as necessary to ensure accurate and timely flow of orders.

• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• This position is located in the Fontana, CA office.

• Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 6+ months of general office or related work experience including copying, scanning and filing activities.

• Strong computer skills, specifically typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Heavy Excel knowledge preferred.

• Strong organization skills and detail orientation.

• Customer service focused with strong communication and follow up skill.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Results Driven.

• Works well in a Team.

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• The expected Base Hourly Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
