Job description

Description

At Xe, we live currencies. We provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including our Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses. We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Product Manager to join our team in Denver. You will be responsible for driving the execution of the team’s roadmap for millions of users worldwide. You will partner with technology, design, and marketing to evolve the riamoneytransfer.com experience and contribute to product features that generate customer and business value. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to shape the future of money transfer.

OUR PRINCIPLES
  • AMBITION - We dream big, try things out and always ask “why not?” and “what if?” We’re ambitious in our thinking and our delivery
  • RESPONSIBILITY - We get involved, bring our perspective, and are always open to new ideas. We take personal responsibility
  • COMMUNITY - We value a sense of belonging, trusting each other and encouraging authenticity. We contribute to our community

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own it from kickoff to launch: You’ll help translate partner agreements into clear, actionable product plans. You’ll work closely with the SVP of Business Development to clarify requirements, coordinate internal teams, and deliver smooth launches that meet partner expectations.

  • Productize the integration layer: Build reusable components, configuration tools, and internal dashboards that reduce developer dependency and accelerate onboarding of new partners.

  • Invest in tooling for scale: Develop a toolkit to support long-tail partners, making it increasingly easy to integrate with minimal engineering involvement.

  • Architect great experiences: Help partners launch white-labeled flows that feel native to their product while preserving Ria’s reliability, compliance, and conversion performance.

  • Coordinate across disciplines: You’ll work with business development, solutions engineering, compliance, and product/tech leads—sometimes asynchronously—to keep initiatives moving and unblock issues.

  • Use data to drive decisions: Ensure we’re instrumented, tracked, and learning from every integration. Post-launch, help optimize adoption and retention.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • You’ve shipped partner-integrated products before, like SDKs, white-label flows, or APIs, and you're comfortable navigating the complexity and coordination they require.

  • You take initiative and follow through. You work proactively to keep things moving and know when to escalate or step in to resolve issues.

  • You have enough technical fluency to work with engineers and ask the right questions (SDK auth flows, client vs server state, tracking, etc).

  • You care about the end user and can advocate for a strong user experience, even in B2B2C contexts.

  • You write clearly and manage stakeholders without creating noise.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in fintech, SaaS, platforms, or embedded services. Startup or scale-up background is a plus.

PERKS & BENEFITS
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 401K Plan with Match
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Paid Vacation / Sick Leave
  • Hybrid Work Schedule
  • Tuition Assistance
  • Growth Opportunities
  • Corporate gatherings, team bonding events, and much more!
  • Plumm Mental Health and Wellbeing
  • Volunteering day for a charity of your choice
