You are a creative thinker that enjoys design ideation and problem solving to realize beautiful and innovative space. As a Senior Interior Designer , you will… Possess a knowledge of all aspects of design, including programming, space planning, color and material research, FF&E, and lighting design.
Collaborate with and/or manage teams to generate and develop design concepts.
Clearly communicate design concepts visually and verbally to teams and clients.
Lead programming efforts and analysis.
Keenly understand design trends with a focus on workplace.
Manage and mentor team members from concept design through construction administration.
Assist in developing fee proposals, project schedules, and design workplans.
Maintain and foster relationships with clients and consultants with sensitivity to project fees, budgets, schedules.
Participate in business development activities and advise in marketing pursuits.
Advocate for an inclusive, supportive work culture through listening, learning, and actions.
