Shipping and Receiving Associate needed for a firefighter uniform gear cleaning and repair company located in Westminster CA
Temporary to Hire position paying $18-19hr, depending on experience. Hours are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with possible overtime as needed. Company benefits include: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, 401k with company match of up to 3% of income, and Short-Term Disability & optional Long-Term Disability. Company will complete drug screen and background check prior to start.
Essential Responsibilities:
The company cross-trains in their positions.
The Shipping & Receiving position starts out in learning their process of uniform cleaning utilizing their uniform cleaning machine.
Once they feel you confidently can clean the uniforms, they will train on their receiving process. Once that has been mastered, they train on the shipping process of the firefighter PPE gear.
Ultimately this position will work in all areas to ensure customer satisfaction and maintenance of high-quality standards in the receiving, cleaning, and shipping of the gear.
