MPS is looking for an experienced, driven and winning-attitude professional to lead the definition and development of High Power/High Voltage products for Solar, PSU, and Automotive markets as a Senior Manager or Architect. The successful candidate will oversee design & applications engineering teams and collaborate with sales & marketing engineers in developing product development strategies and execution.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons . The base salary range for this position in California is $180,000 - $230,000.
