The Details Location:

• In-Person, College Station, TX Schedule: Full-Time Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience What Your Day Looks Like You plan an important role in supporting our financial operations — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all accounting and reporting functions. Own the Close: Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, allocations, and reconciliations Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly allocation, accrual calculations, review monthly and year-end financial statements for the consolidated company and subsidiaries Controls & Compliance: Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with bank covenants and reporting requirements Audit Support: Coordinate and support annual audits by preparing documentation Inventory & Funding Oversight: Monitor inventory status and fund availability for related transactions Team Leadership: Assist with hiring, training, and developing accounting team members Cross-Functional Partner: Collaborate with the Controller and other departments to improve processes and strengthen controls Are You the Right Fit?

You’ll thrive here if you:
