Building Maintenance II $19.00/hour

• Credit given for experience Full-time Day shift, 7:

|00am-3:30pm.

Both Wednesday-Sunday and Monday-Friday available.

What You'll Do:

• Perform basic electrical repairs (GFI, outlets, switches, troubleshooting) Complete basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains, troubleshooting) Maintain and repair HVAC systems (filters, thermostats, belts) Conduct minor drywall repairs Perform basic carpentry work (door fitting and replacement) Handle garbage and linen runs as needed Carry out all Maintenance Level I functions Maintain a safe and productive work environment Respond to resident concerns promptly and communicate issues to supervisor Assist with special projects and assignments as directed What You'll Need: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (required) Minimum of three years experience in building maintenance with an emphasis on carpentry, painting, electrical wiring and plumbing (preferred) Knowledge of heating and cooling systems Must have the ability to anticipate and/or troubleshoot problems Must have general knowledge of simple equipment used in the building trades Must have the ability to perform the physical demands of the role Benefits Available to Qualified Employees: Financial Wellness Perks: Access earned wages before payday through ZayZoon, plus tools and resources to support your financial wellbeing.
