We are seeking a skilled Fraud .NET Developer to design, develop, support, and maintain scalable applications that enable fraud detection, prevention, and investigation. This role requires strong hands-on experience with.NET Core, microservices architecture, API development, database technologies, and production support in a highly regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Engineering
- Design and develop automated workflows integrating multiple APIs, databases, and application user interfaces.
- Build, enhance, and maintain microservices-based applications using .NET Core and modern design patterns.
- Design, develop, and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and functions to support high-volume fraud processing.
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, and analysts to translate requirements into technical user stories and provide accurate development estimates.
SDLC, DevOps & Compliance
- Manage code promotion across environments and maintain required SDLC and compliance artifacts.
- Ensure code repository hygiene, including branching strategies, pull requests, peer reviews, and adherence to developer productivity and quality metrics.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release activities using DevOps tooling.
Production Support
- Provide production support for fraud applications, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving application and data issues.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, root cause defects, and performance issues in accordance with SLAs.
- Partner with operations and business teams to ensure application stability, availability, and reliability.
- Support post-release validation, incident triage, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in on-call or rotational support as required.
Testing & Release
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution to meet release timelines.
- Support production deployments and ensure smooth post-release operations.
Required Qualifications Technical Skills
- Frontend Development
- ASP.NET Core, MVC
- JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS
- Backend & Services
- Microservices development using.NET Core
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
- RESTful API design and integration
- Database Technologies
- MS SQL Server (T-SQL)
- Oracle (PL/SQL)
- Couchbase or other NoSQL databases
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance database solutions
- DevOps & SDLC
- Experience with tools such as GitHub, Lightspeed, Harness, and Tekton
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management
- Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with test automation using Selenium
- Understanding of AI fundamentals, including:
- Prompt engineering
- Model interaction and integration with enterprise AI tools
- Experience with containers and orchestration platforms, such as Docker and OpenShift
- Prior experience in fraud, risk, payments, or financial services technology
- Experience supporting mission-critical production systems
