Job Details Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems such as gearboxes, bearings, shafts, belts, and pneumatic components. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including mixers, extruders, conveyors, pumps, and material handling systems. Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure optimal equipment performance. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and rebuilds. Maintain and improve PM schedules and maintenance documentation. Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and implement solutions to improve equipment efficiency and reliability. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role within the manufacturing industry. Proven experience with mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment such as mixers, extruders, conveyors, pumps, and material handling systems. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
