Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Clerk I, your duties will include:
-Processing service payments, deposits, and verifying receipts at the public counter.
-Preparing financial and statistical reports for internal and external use.
-Maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
-Performing varied clerical work and learning office procedures and customer information or accounting system requirements.
-Assisting with data entry and ensuring
compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
-Knowledge of principles and practices of accounting.
-Proficiency in using computers, modern office practices, and equipment.
-A high school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in accounting is a plus).
-The ability to perform varied clerical work and adapt to office procedures and system requirements.
