As a Benefit CSR Specialist , you will play a vital role in helping clients understand and enroll in life, accident, and supplemental health benefits —all through secure Zoom meetings from the comfort of your home.
This role allows you to build meaningful, long-term client relationships while supporting a mission centered on protection, service, and financial peace of mind.
Responsibilities Contact clients who have requested information regarding their benefits Schedule and conduct virtual benefit reviews via Zoom Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients through the enrollment process Complete accurate documentation and follow-up reports after each interaction Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency Suggested Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport Basic computer proficiency for virtual meetings and digital documentation Self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset Outgoing, engaging personality focused on client satisfaction Excellent time management and organizational skills Prior leadership experience is a plus, with clear advancement opportunities available Job Benefits 100% Remote – Work from anywhere in the U.S.
