Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with student lifting needs
- TB test required per district protocol
- Current or obtainable school clearances Preferred experience includes prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare; familiarity with supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges; CPI, PMT, or RBT training—though not required; and a collaborative, patient attitude.
