  • The Role As Director of Sales, you’ll sit at the leadership table, reporting directly to the CEO.
  • This isn’t a “keep things running” position – this is a build, lead, and scale opportunity.

You’ll own:

  • Sales strategy and execution across the region Revenue growth and performance metrics Leadership, coaching, and development of the sales team New account development Alignment of sales initiatives with company vision and values What Makes an Ideal Candidate You’re not just a closer – you’re a builder of teams, systems, and momentum.
  • Proven success leading high-performing B2B sales teams Strong track record of driving consistent revenue growth Strategic thinker who can translate vision into execution Hands-on leader who coaches, not just directs Experience with service-based or facility-related industries (preferred) Data-driven mindset with comfort owning KPIs and forecasts High emotional intelligence – you lead people as well as numbers What’s In It for You This is where high-level talent finds both challenge and meaning.
