Required Skills:
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and related equipment
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools and quality control standards
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with CNC programming or editing G-code
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software
- Knowledge of materials commonly used in manufacturing (metal, plastic, etc.)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining preferred
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist in a manufacturing environment (1+ years preferred)
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
- Commitment to safety protocols and workplace standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts if needed
