Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAY What You'll Do:Set up and operate CNC milling machinesLoad programs, install tooling, and set work offsetsRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsMonitor machine operations and make adjustments as neededPerform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipmentIdentify and report quality issues, machine malfunctions, and safety concernsPerform routine machine maintenance and cleaningMaintain accurate production and quality documentationSupport lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesFollow all safety, quality, and operational procedures What You'll Bring:High school diploma or GED required1-3 years of CNC machine operation experience1+ years of experience reading blueprints and technical drawingsBasic understanding of G-code programming and CNC controlsExperience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyAbility to troubleshoot and support manufacturing processes What Sets You Apart:Previous experience supporting manufacturing process improvementsExperience working in lean manufacturing environmentsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to support engineers with testing, calibration, and experiments Additional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screenOvertime may be required based on production demandsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift manufacturing materials as neededPosition requires adherence to all safety and quality standards After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
