Job description

Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS171, P3, Band 6 Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage and lead projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. - Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project requirements, objectives, and scope. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver successful projects. - Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that project deliverables are of the highest quality. - Prepare project status reports and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with project management processes and methodologies. - Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practice. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project management technologies and industry best practices. Job-Specific Minimum Requirements: - Due to federal requirements all candidates must be US Citizens. Green Card holders or those requiring sponsorship will not be considered. - Additionally, the selected candidate will be required to pass a government-sponsored clearance process for a position of Public Trust. - Bachelor's degree is highly preferred; equivalent years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. - 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role. - Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills in addition to a strong attention to details. - Skilled in project management tools such as JIRA and MS Projects. - PMP Certification preferred. - Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Previous NETL experience. - Scrum Master skills. - Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum. - Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent verbal, documentation, and presentations skills. - Ability to build and foster strong relationships with the client and teams across the enterprise. #techjobs #clearance #veteransPage Minimum Requirements TCS171, P3, Band 6 EEO Statement Maximus is an equal opportunity employer. Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
