Financial Analyst, Mid
Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, record keeping, visualization, and reporting as directed by management. Apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge. May assist in the development of solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work under general supervision. May provide guidance for less experienced team members.
You Have:
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook applications
- Knowledge of how to create and edit Excel functions, formulas, charts, graphs, and pivot tables
- Knowledge of data cleansing and visualization methods
- Ability to communicate effectively, provide excellent customer service, and work independently
- Ability to learn and adapt to using Naval Financial Management enterprise tools
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Department of Defense financial processes
- Knowledge of the NAVSEA organization and Naval Systems
- Ability to conduct data analysis and utilize Navy ERP and Power BI to collect and visualize data to inform leadership decision making
- Bachelor's degree in a Financial, Accounting, or Analytical field
- Microsoft Office Excel Certification
- Completion of Warfighting Acquisition University or Defense Acquisition University Course
Compensation at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
