Project Specialist
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Project Specialist located in Fontana, CA.
Reporting to the Technical Program Manager, the Project Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing aspects of a project to ensure it meets performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc.).
What a typical day looks like:
- Help establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
- Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.
- Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.
- Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and directions to project team to resolve issues.
- Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
- Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.
- Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
- Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
- Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and singly contributor groups.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; experience may be substituted for related working experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or project administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent budgeting and cost containment skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Project management certification or experience a plus.

Pay Range (Applicable to California)$62,000.00 USD - $85,300.00 USD Annual
