Als Closer für Bestandskunden (m/w/d) bei der Argumentorik Akademie begleitest du bestehende Kunden auf ihrem weiteren Entwicklungsweg.
Du führst strategische Beratungsgespräche und hilfst ihnen, die nächsten sinnvollen Schritte innerhalb unserer Programme zu gehen.
Dein Ziel: Mehrwert schaffen – und daraus natürlich Abschlüsse generieren.
Durchführung von Beratungs- und Verkaufsgesprächen mit bestehenden Kunden
Analyse der aktuellen Situation und Entwicklungspotenziale
Empfehlung passender Upsell-Angebote
Enge Abstimmung mit Coaching- und Customer-Success-Team
Pflege von Kundendaten im CRM
Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
Fokus auf qualitative Gespräche statt Kaltakquise
Arbeiten mit einer anspruchsvollen, entwicklungsorientierten Zielgruppe
Klare Positionierung im Coaching- & Leadership-Markt

Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Coaching- oder Dienstleistungsbereich
