This role will provide local support for Catering Golden Market orders and support the ordering and delivery experience for our clients.
They will provide:
This role will be responsible for the execution and success of our highest priority orders. They will support our corporate catering clients and their order needs to ensure we hit our quarterly GOV goals.
Concierge order experience (EOQ: ~25 orders per week per person) Coordinate orders with clients Build catering orders for external approval Place orders and support order adjustments Merchant order management and rapid acquisition (EOQ: ~15 orders per week per person) Coordinate orders with merchants that fall outside the scope of our existing product Work with mx to ensure orders meet clients needs (e.g. enough food) Enable catering orders from merchants not previously onboarded into our LO program Delivery Support (EOQ: ~5 orders per week per person) Client facing representative of client and accompany Dashers to high stakes orders to ensure things go smoothly Provide support above and beyond the scope of dashers (e.g. purchase utensils last minute) Support training and onboarding new dashers into our catering program Core Job
Client facing experience (restaurant, catering, or account management experience is a plus) Ability to solve problems on the fly and get to a desired outcome Strong work ethic, flexible schedule, and a bias towards action Strong written and communication skills Detail oriented with an eye for design (e.g. order set up and menu presentation)
