The IT Expense Specialist supports indirect procurement for Hy-Vee and its subsidiaries. Specializing in technology related invoicing, budget preparation and procurement, this role works collaboratively across the organization. They ensure vendor products and services are purchased, charged, and categorized accurately. This role may support contract and vendor management. The IT Expense Specialist also assists IT leaders with expense management.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required; additional training or education from an accredited college or university preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction. Must be physically able to perform light work: lifting no more than 20 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects of no more than 10 pounds; frequent standing or walking. May be required to lift objects of up to 40 pounds when assisting in mail room. Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions:
The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting. There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a day.
