Persistent Systems is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our team in our NYC headquarters. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for managing the daily tasks associated with buying, expediting, and assisting buyers and purchasing managers, ensuring a smooth supply chain and optimization of the on-time execution of purchase order entry and delivery of products aligning with the overall organization's operational needs.

The pay for this role can vary from $70,000 to $77,000 a year based on the selected individual's education and experience.
