Adhere to Bombardier general work requirements (factory, shop and/or hanger positions)
Comply with environmental health/safety policies/procedures. Participate in 5-S activities. Perform all work in a safe and timely manner
Receive/visually inspect all incoming and outgoing materials for physical damage (BAS only)
Distribute parts, materials, tools and ground support equipment with regard to aircraft delivery schedules. May assist in ordering parts if required (BAS only)
Verify and reconcile appropriate documentation on incoming and outgoing parts and materials
Maintain accurate inventory (via cycle counts, perpetual, work-in-progress) using computerized/manual systems to include purchased parts, manufactured parts, materials, tools, etc.
Assist in loading/unloading shipments
Execute timely Aircraft-On-The-Ground (AOG) purchase orders and repair station work orders
Ensure proper storage and packaging of all items for shipment per requirements (i.e., export compliance, hazmat shipping, parts protections and A/C schedule)
Proper handling of customer owned property (green tag units commercial only)
Typically a minimum of three (3) years experience in one of the following: warehouse, shipping/receiving & tool crib
Basic knowledge of purchasing, service orders/methods
Basic knowledge of AOG procedures
Trained in hazardous materials requirements
Customer service experience
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Additional desired/preferred qualifications
Working knowledge of SAP (or Syteline for commercial)
Forklift qualified
