Great products win markets. As we scale our core and launch new 0 ? 1 bets, we need a product leader who operates like a founder. You'll own the product roadmap end-to-end. You will:
Live in customer workflows: Get in the field with estimators, PMs, and GCs. Understand the job better than they can articulate it.
Shape vision & roadmap: Decide what we build, what we kill, and how we win. Turn market chaos into a product that feels inevitable.
Create, iterate, and validate new products: Own 0 ? 1. From napkin to revenue. Test, ship, learn, repeat.
Execute with engineering and UI/UX: No handoffs. You're in the details specs, Figma, code reviews, user calls.
Communicate vision with marketing & sales: Make the market believe. Arm GTM to sell what we build and shape the category.
Founder-level drive: You roll up your sleeves. Ambiguity and chaos are where you thrive. You ship.
Learning speed & resourcefulness: No construction background required. You'll be dangerous in 30 days. You hunt down answers.
Passion and work ethic: Startups are war. This isn't a cushy PM job at Google. You want to build something legendary.
Organized operator: You'll get 1000 requests from 100s of customers. You turn noise into signal and signal into product.

Comp Philosophy: We pay to win. Bobyard targets competitive top-of-market compensation because we hire people who ship and drive real impact and we aim to reward that, including through variable pay tied to performance.
