HR Operations Team Member
The HR Operations Team Member is responsible for executing core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities while delivering consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR support across the organization. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), leaders, and employees to support a wide range of HR processes and operational initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong Workday experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive employee matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Contract Details: 12-18 months with possible extension/conversion
Pay: $30-$38/hr Depending on Experience
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Serve as day-to-day HR support for assigned leaders and employee groups in partnership with HRBPs
- Execute employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including:
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- Job changes
- Transfers
- Relocations
- Leave actions
- Compensation-related updates
- Act as the primary point of contact for:
- Leave of Absence transactions
- Standard employee HR inquiries
- Escalate complex or sensitive HR matters as appropriate
HR Process Coordination
- Manage offboarding logistics, including:
- Documentation
- System processing
- Equipment coordination
- Employee communications
- Coordinate global HR operational activities related to:
- Immigration support
- Relocation assistance
- Country-specific HR requirements
- Support reorganizations and workforce reduction activities through:
- Documentation preparation
- Workday execution
- Cross-functional coordination
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare workforce and talent-related materials, reports, and data packages supporting:
- Talent reviews
- Calibration sessions
- Succession planning
- Workforce planning
- Support performance management and employee relations processes by:
- Preparing documentation
- Tracking actions and timelines
- Partnering with HRBPs and leadership teams
- Maintain strong data integrity through:
- Audits
- Remediation activities
- HR systems maintenance
- Compensation planning support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Related field
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered
- 24 years of experience in:
- HR operations
- HR support functions
- Employee lifecycle management
- Strong experience with:
- Workday transactions
- HR systems
- HR operational processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting:
- Global HR processes
- Multi-country employee populations
- Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Collaborative and service-oriented mindset with strong follow-through skills

- Hybrid schedule:
- Onsite Tuesday through Thursday
- Standard hours:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- No travel required
