Work with stakeholders to expand preliminary business plan documents Work with stakeholders to create company materials including presentation decks and materials with the help of outside graphic designer if needed Oversee external software vendor including managing their schedule, deliverables, budget and monitoring their progress on a daily/weekly basis Research and advise on general business decisions Advise and manage on all aspects of business's operations including vetting and onboarding contractors, consultants, softwares, future staff etc. Coordinate with stakeholders and legal/accounting teams on all business operations Provide daily/weekly updates to stakeholders and lead team meetings with a focus on communicating project, budget and schedule updates
Qualifications Experience in software project management Experience in growing a fin/tech business or start-up Interest in modern and contemporary fine art Interest and knowledge in blockchain technology Strong interest in working independently in a start-up environment with a very small team
