We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects valued at $5M$30M+ throughout New Hampshire and southern Maine. The successful candidate will manage all phases of constructionfrom pre-construction planning through project closeoutensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This position operates in a fast-paced construction environment requiring both office and field presence. The Project Manager will regularly visit active construction sites and must be able to navigate uneven terrain, stairs, scaffolding, and varying weather conditions. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to meet project milestones.
