Looking for Analyst / Coordinator at program level help us to manage projects making sure project managers are building out their project plans, doing status reports etc. Making sure we are elevating reports from project level to program level & help look at resource loading/over-loading etc.
Looking to implement new methodology making sure this is followed by all the teams developing documentations
Also implementing a ServiceNow product work with different teams to build out their projects
Travel to Gary location every 3-4 months - Hybrid role Pittsburgh PA (2 times a week to start with)
Infra, networking, servers, desktop some knowledge of cyber. Application development project management.
Working with a PMO at program level making sure projects are being executed & reported out so they can do at program level.
Servicenow exp is plus goal is as we implement serviceNow help define the requirements for implementing ServiceNow
Any specific ServiceNow module you will be looking at SPM module & timesheets
Working with our reporting teams to develop reports & pull data for us this individual will be using excel more than anything.
