Admissions Coordinator
The Mariemont Care Center – Cincinnati, OH
The Mariemont Care Center is looking for a reliable, organized Admissions Coordinator to manage the intake process and be the first point of contact for incoming residents and families. This role is key to keeping admissions smooth, responsive, and professional.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate all incoming admissions from hospitals, families, and referral sources
Communicate with hospitals, case managers, and internal teams to gather needed documentation
Verify insurance and ensure all admission requirements are met
Prepare rooms and coordinate with nursing and housekeeping for new arrivals
Greet residents and families, provide tours, and ensure a positive first impression
Maintain accurate admission records and tracking logs
Work closely with the Director of Marketing and facility leadership
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in admissions, healthcare, or customer service preferred
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance verification is a plus
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to move quickly and handle multiple admissions at once
Professional, dependable, and service-oriented
