Job description

Job Description:

  • Own the end-to-end operational build for new product launches.
  • Serve as the primary E2E tester for new offerings.
  • Maintain and evolve pharmacy eligibility logic across a large and growing SKU catalog.
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from scoping through execution.
  • Analyze operational and user behavior data using tools such as Looker, Amplitude, SQL, and Excel.
  • Build financial models and strategic analyses to support new channel and product decisions.
  • Partner across Operations, Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Compliance teams.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or a highly analytical role at a high-growth company or top-tier firm.
  • Strong analytical thinker with experience building models, dashboards, and analyses.
  • Technically fluent to configure product catalogs and manage system logic.
  • Highly organized and experienced in managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; can take ambiguous problems and create actionable plans.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and learning tools like Looker, Amplitude, Notion, Strapi, or Asana.
  • Bonus: Experience in telehealth, eCommerce, or healthcare-related industries, and/or familiarity with SQL or tools like dbt or Hex.
