Location: Annapolis Junction, MD; JBAB Washington, .; Reston, VA

Responsibilities:
·Evaluate current applications to uncover usability gaps and optimization opportunities
·Transform complex requirements into intuitive, user‑friendly designs through wireframes and workflows
·Leverage user research and usability testing insights to drive informed design decisions
·Design and develop responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
·Implement clean, efficient, and reusable code across HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
·Collaborate with backend services through API integration to deliver end‑to‑end functionality
·Design and build interfaces compliant with Section 508 standards
·Collaborate on user stories, project documentation, and successful sprint delivery
Qualifications:
Compensation:
·Total compensation based on experience level - $160,000-$185,000+
