Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to support promotional outreach, customer engagement, brand representation, and relationship-building initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, communicating product information, representing a company professionally, and contributing to customer acquisition and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company during promotional events and community activities.
  • Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and community members.
  • Generate leads through customer interactions and outreach activities.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to support business opportunities.
  • Distribute promotional materials and assist with brand presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities.
  • Support customer engagement and acquisition initiatives.
  • Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve engagement and business goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous experience in public relations, sales, customer service, marketing, retail, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
