As a representative of Castle Royal Service, he or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills./ph3Responsibilities/h3pstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities/strong/pulliInspect the community on a recurring schedule as determined by the Association. Update all inspection data into the assigned compliance system, including issuing and closing out with consistent enforcement, ensuring completion/liliUpload violations to the Production folder for mail-outs daily./liliRespond to resident inquiries with the information necessary to correct the violation in a timely manner./liliPrepare the notice/agenda for the monthly Violations Hearing meetings and attend the meetings./liliAttend Board meetings upon request to address violation appeals, if applicable./liliPrepare fining notices following Violation Hearing meetings and assess fines to owner ledgers accordingly./liliMay be involved in the inspection, review, and research of the Homeowner Architectural Modification process./liliAttend and take minutes at monthly Rules and Regulations Committee meetings./liliAssist in investigations and tape/log reviews for any unusual incidents./liliResolves and follows up on violation complaints/issues with Royal Service./liliFollows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment./liliOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Property Manager./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
