Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring ambitious and energetic individuals to join our growing team as Entry Level Marketing Associates in the Chicago area.

As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with campaigns in telecommunications, home services, and renewable energy.
You’ll develop valuable skills in customer interaction, brand promotion, sales strategy, and campaign execution — all within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do • Engage directly with customers in retail and event-based environments through face-to-face interactions • Represent AT&T Wireless by educating customers on devices, wireless plans, upgrades, and service solutions • Promote Primo Water products by introducing convenient and sustainable water solutions for homes and businesses • Support renewable energy campaigns by helping customers learn about clean energy and sustainable service options • Represent client brands professionally through product demonstrations, customer support, and promotional marketing initiatives • Work closely with teammates and leadership to meet campaign goals and drive overall performance • Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership development, communication, and marketing strategy About You • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident speaking with new people • Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn • Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments • Adaptable, coachable, and team-oriented mindset • No prior experience required — full training is provided Position Details • Full-time, in-person position based in the Chicago area • Weekly pay plus bonuses and uncapped performance incentives • Comprehensive hands-on training and ongoing mentorship • Clear advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles • Fun, supportive company culture focused on growth and development Catalyst Corporation is committed to building a team driven by integrity, professionalism, and opportunity.
