Be the dentist's right hand assist during all dental procedures with confidence. Take high-quality digital X-rays and images like a pro. Deliver that MINT-level patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise. Keep patient records and charts accurate and organized. Protect patient confidentiality. Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines like a boss. Jump in to support hygienists and your team whenever needed.
High school diploma or equivalent. Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable). Radiography certification (if applicable). 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience. Up-to-date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training. A positive, energetic, "let's get it done" attitude.
Open Dental experience. Experience with Nomad and digital scanning. Certifications in Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide monitoring. Killer multitasking and organizational skills. The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A collaborative spirit you love being part of a supportive team.
