The Opportunity Lake Leaf Cultivation offers a dynamic and engaging environment where you will have the opportunity to work in on-site cannabis cultivation through multiple stages of production. As a Trim Harvester, you play a critical role in the harvesting, trimming, and preparation of cannabis plants to ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance. This role requires versatility, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will support daily plant care activities, maintain clean and organized workspaces, and adhere to all State of Minnesota and Mille Lacs Band regulatory standards. What You Get to Do Trim Harvesters are responsible for the efficient and high-quality harvesting and trimming of cannabis plants in preparation for drying, curing, and sale.
