Maverick Currencies is hiring a FX Trader based in Lincoln, NE. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity — we fund qualified US traders with up to $400,000 in firm capital and split profits 60% to 90% depending on performance tier.
If you're trading from Lincoln, your local clock does most of the scheduling work for you. Central time puts the London/New York overlap — the highest-volume window in forex — squarely in mid-morning local, which is one of the cleanest schedules the market offers. Building a sustainable trading routine is half the battle for funded traders, and Lincoln's schedule supports that.
Nebraska traders in Omaha and Lincoln work Central time. The London close hits mid-morning, the New York open follows, and the FX day's peak volume hours land in a tight, predictable window — well suited for traders who value routine.
Maverick Currencies operates on a performance-share model. Traders are paid a percentage of the profits they generate trading the firm's capital — 60% to 90% depending on tier. Realistic annual earnings for profitable traders range from $50,000 to $200,000+. There is no base salary, no hourly rate, and no guaranteed income; your compensation is a function of your trading results.
Q: Do you offer mentorship after I'm funded?
A: Yes. Mentorship is built into the relationship, not bolted on. Funded traders continue working with coaches, attending performance reviews, and engaging with the community — long-term development is the point.
Q: Do you hire internationally?
A: No. Maverick Currencies hires US-based traders only. This is a contractual and regulatory constraint, not a preference, and it applies to all of our funded trading programs.
