Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS059, T5, Band 8 Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct authorized penetration testing and red team operations against systems and networks. - Simulate real-world adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to evaluate security controls. - Develop and execute attack plans and exploitation chains. - Document vulnerabilities and support remediation recommendations. Job-Specific Minimum Requirements: - Active Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field. - 10+ years of professional offensive cyber operations and/or red team experience. - Required DoD 8140 certifications for DCWF 121: OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GWAPT (one or more required). - Hands-on experience with Metasploit, Burp Suite, Kali Linux + MITRE ATT&CK framework.
