As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be the backbone of our power infrastructure. Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Department, you will ensure that cleanrooms, production lines, and life-safety systems operate with 100% reliability. This role goes far beyond basic maintenance; it is about supporting the advanced technology that saves lives every day.
This role works 12 hour days, Monday - Thursday.

Responsibilities
Install and Repair: Troubleshoot and maintain complex electrical systems, including 480V 3-phase power distribution, motor controls, and PLC-driven machinery.
Campus Oversight: Navigate a 700k sq. ft. campus to address electrical needs across 11 buildings, from high-tech manufacturing floors to administrative offices.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled inspections and testing on switchgear, transformers, and emergency generators to prevent critical downtime.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work meets NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and strictly adheres to OSHA, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and NFPA 70E safety protocols.
Facility Upgrades: Assist in the layout and installation of electrical runs for new manufacturing equipment and large-scale facility upgrades.
Working hours: 5:15 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Industry Background: Prior experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment (e.g., Medical Device, Pharma).
Certification: Journeyman Electrician license or relevant trade school certification.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial or commercial electrician.
Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of electrical schematics and blueprints.
Diagnostic Proficiency: Ability to use specialized diagnostic tools including multimeters and megohmmeters.
Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that spans multiple buildings and diverse equipment types.
Physical Capability: Ability to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
