Missouri traders in Kansas City, St. Louis, Springfield, and Columbia work Central time, putting the London/New York overlap in the mid-morning sweet spot for FX volume. Both St. Louis and Kansas City have established financial sector communities worth plugging into.
This is a performance-based contract role. Traders earn through a profit split on returns they generate — typically 60% to 90% depending on experience and performance tier. Estimated annual earnings range from $50,000 to $200,000+ for consistently profitable traders. Compensation is not a fixed salary or hourly wage; your earnings depend entirely on your trading results. Those who cannot trade profitably will not earn income from this role.

A: The Maverick Currencies program focuses on Forex and Crypto, with some exposure to metals. The day-trading rhythm is similar across these markets, and the rule-based systems we teach apply to all of them.
Q: Can I trade my own strategy?
A: Within the program you're learning and executing a defined system. Once funded, you have more flexibility, but the firm has risk parameters that always apply. Traders who try to run wildly different strategies from day one tend not to last.
