About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to lead all maintenance, repair, and upkeep activities across our communities.
You’ll oversee maintenance and housekeeping staff, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure compliance with safety, building, and regulatory standards.
