Job description
Assembly Line Inspector
Our client is looking for a vigilant and driven Assembly Line Inspector to anchor their manufacturing operations. Serving as the primary gatekeeper for the electric vehicle assembly line, you will manage workflow efficiency and conduct exhaustive inspections to ensure every unit adheres to the company's rigorous safety and performance benchmarks.

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM-7:00 PM plus Saturday (Onsite)

Pay: $18-20/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Workflow Management: Supervise the assembly floor in real-time to maintain momentum and hit daily output goals.
- Quality Assurance: Audit completed vehicles and internal systems for flaws, verifying that all builds align with our client’s engineering standards.
- Operational Improvements: Pinpoint logistical hurdles or assembly errors and provide actionable data to the management team.
- Safety Stewardship: Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and ensure the production floor remains orderly.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Utilize bilingual skills to bridge communication between assembly technicians and the logistics department, ensuring a seamless supply of components.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanical Aptitude: A solid background in mechanics or electronics is required. You must understand how components fit together to identify errors.
Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate instructions and feedback across our diverse team.
???????Physical Stamina: This is an active "boots on the ground" role. You must be comfortable spending the majority of your shift (8+ hours) on your feet and moving through the facility.
???????Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor defects that others might miss.
- Leadership Presence: Comfortable in an oversight position, providing constructive feedback to the assembly team to maintain quality standards.
