Engage with customers through inbound and outbound collection calls
Manage delinquent accounts and support resolution of outstanding balances
Act as a customer financial guidance representative for repayment solutions
Analyze customer financial situations and provide tailored payment options
Ensure compliance with collections policies and regulatory guidelines
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
Collaborate with internal teams for account resolution and escalation handling
Support financial well-being of customers through education and assistance options
Handle sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and empathy
Meet performance metrics related to collections efficiency and recovery
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to bank collections
Assess delinquent accounts and identify root causes of non-payment
Develop and propose effective repayment strategies and settlement options
Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining compliance standards
Document all customer interactions, outcomes, and collection activities accurately
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational collection regulations
Manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Perform account verification and updates with accuracy and attention to detail
Use windows-based systems and collections software for daily operations
Utilize dialing systems for outbound collections campaigns
Resolve customer queries and provide financial counseling when required
Escalate complex cases appropriately based on guidelines
Strong experience in bank collection calling (inbound and outbound)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability to identify delinquency root causes
Ability to handle sensitive and difficult conversations professionally
Knowledge of collections processes and financial recovery strategies
Critical thinking and decision-making under pressure
