Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand customer challenges
  • Architect AI-Driven CX & ES Solutions
  • Drive Technical Strategy Through the Sales Cycle
  • Integrate & Scale secure, scalable solutions
  • Collaborate & Influence across functions
  • Measure & Optimize Impact using analytics and AI performance metrics
  • Champion AI Adoption and drive initiatives
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve in expertise building

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of presales experience
  • Proven experience designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept
  • Expertise in one or more of the following domains: CCaaS, Customer Service software, ITSM, Business Intelligence, Workforce Management, Integration & Middleware
  • Understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, ChatGPT, NLP, MCP automation frameworks)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (graduate degree a plus)
