THE JOB:
The Procurement Customer Service Specialist will support Global Procurement, MGM Resorts International corporate departments, and all domestic properties across the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing and facilitating all customer servicerelated functions, including procurement systems training, invoice resolution, end-user and supplier communications, and cross-departmental collaboration.
The Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert within Global Procurement and act as a liaison across all GP functions. Success in this role requires strong, thoughtful communication skills, as well as the ability to contribute to process improvement and technical development initiatives. All responsibilities must be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, practices, and procedures.
