Job description
Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus is seeking individuals interested in building a career in healthcare through a structured, hands-on learning experience in a skilled nursing setting.Participants will combine classroom instruction with supervised clinical experience while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals and supporting resident care activities.Paid learning hours at $17.00/hourApproximately 40 hours per week; schedule flexibility requiredHands-on experience in long-term care and resident servicesThis position is well suited for individuals exploring entry-level healthcare careers, nursing assistant training paths, or direct care experience.Participants who successfully complete the required training components and obtain state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) may be considered for full-time employment with benefits, with starting pay at $19.00/hour.Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to commit to the full training schedule.Apply today for consideration in an upcoming class.
